PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking plate which is capable of efficiently cooking and performing an accurately temperature control heating and which is light and excellently usable for an induction heating.SOLUTION: A cooking plate 1 comprises: a plate 9 having a bulging portion 3 to contact with a cooking object 2 and a recessed portion 4 on an upper face for receiving an oil-water content 5 having flown from the cooking object 2; and a heater 8 capable of induction-heating. The cooking plate 1 is substantially homogenized in thickness along the bulging portion 3 and the recessed portion 4 to form an uneven shape. The heater 8 is arranged in a concave back portion 7 so that the oil can be sufficiently thrown by an induction heating operation, and so that the weight of the cooking plate 1 can be reduced. At the same time, the heat mass from the heater 8 to the bulging portion 3 can be reduced to transfer the heat quickly to the cooking object 2 to perform a time-shortening cook. |
