摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend time that elapses before an engine 1 comes to be overheated when a flow rate control means 23 of a high-temperature coolant circuit 20 is in failure, in an engine cooling deice that independently includes the high-temperature coolant circuit 20 where a coolant of the engine 1 with a supercharger is taken out to the outside and returned, and a low-temperature coolant circuit 30 where the coolant is circulated which is supplied to a water-cooled intercooler 17 for cooling compressed intake from a supercharger compressor. <P>SOLUTION: The engine cooling device includes: a failure determining means for investigating whether the flow rate control means 23 of the high-temperature coolant circuit 20 is in failure while the coolant cannot flow; and a coping means for increasing a coolant flow rate of the low-pressure coolant circuit 30 when a failure is detected by the failure determining means more than when the failure is not detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
