<p>PURPOSE:To secure the reliability of recording in a monitor VTR by operating a recording circuit for recording a video signal at the time of turning a power source on, at the time of commanding the starting of recording and at the time of detecting the leading end of a video tape, having a control circuit for automatically reproducing a recorded part and transmitting the result obtained by deciding the presence or absence of a reproducing RF signal or a demodulation signal to an external part. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with an automatic repeating recording switch 13, and the switch 13 is turned on. And when the video tape comes to the terminal end, the video tape is automatically rewound to the leading end. When the tape comes to the leading end, the VTR is automatically kept in a recording state and an optional time recording is performed and the recorded position is automatically reproduced by the 1st control circuit 3. And the presence or absence of the reproducing signal of a normal recording and reproducing video head is decided by a decision circuit 4. The decided result is transmitted to the external part through a 2nd control circuit 6. Since the abnormality of the video head can be detected in this way, the reliability of recording can be secured.</p> |
