PURPOSE: A method for servicing a management of a common house using the Internet is provided to supply all services related to a management of a common house using the Internet and service an accounting management state of the common house to each resident in the common house in real time. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of clients connects to a service server through the Internet and may register as a staff client, a user client, or a businessman client(202). If the registered member is authenticated(204) in the service server through the Internet(204), the service server extracts a main menu screen data including a plurality of selection items according to services and supplies the main menu screen data to a corresponding member(206). The member clicks a predetermined item on the main menu screen, and the member receives a wanted service. If the member clicks an accounting item for receiving an accounting processing service(208), the service server supplies an accounting processing service with respect to a common house of the corresponding user client through the Internet(216). At the above (208) stage, the member may select an information inquiry item, an electronic commerce item, or an accounting/legal advice item. |
