<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker which can secure the operation of protecting a cooling fan even at the time of change in outside air temperature or change in conditions such as reduction in cooling performance due to clogging of an air suction/exhaust port. <P>SOLUTION: This cooker comprises a heating coil 6 which induction heats a pan; an inverter circuit 21 which supplies a high frequency current to this heating coil 6; a control circuit 23 which controls the drive of a switching element of this inverter circuit 21; a cooling fan 14 which cools at least the inverter circuit 21; a pan temperature sensor 18 which detects the temperature of the pan; and a judgement means 22 which judges abnormalities of an element temperature sensor 17 which detects the temperature of the switching element and the cooling fan 14. The control circuit 23 drives the switching element for a predetermined time, and, after stopping such drive, calculates an amount of temperature change based on the temperature detected by the element temperature sensor 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
