PURPOSE: To provide a high voltage power supply in which outputted rectangular or trapezoidal waves are detected with good reproducibility and the amplitudes of these voltages are controlled with high precision. CONSTITUTION: A converter transformer T1101 is driven by an oscillation output 2 of an oscillator 1 and a high voltage AC is outputted. The AC is rectified by a diode D1104 and outputted to an output terminal 10. The voltage of the terminal 10 is varied in accordance with an oscillation output 1 of the oscillator 1 and a rectangular wave of a trapezoidal wave voltage is outputted from the terminal 10. The voltage waveforms of the terminal 10 are detected by resistors R1110 and R1129 and capacitors C1105 and C1107 with good reproducibility. Based on the detection result, an operational amplifier IC1104 controls the switching operations of a transistor Q1101 using a transistor Q1119 so that the detection value becomes a prescribed value. |
