A grease trap is provided to eliminate effectively oil contained in dirty water discharged from a restaurant and the like and enable the grease trap to be cleaned easily by constructing the grease trap in such a structure that is cleaned easily. In a grease trap comprising a case(6) which has an inlet(2) and an outlet(4) formed at both sides thereof, and which has a flow path formed therein such that dirty water flows through the flow path to separate water and oil from the dirty water, the grease trap is characterized in that an adsorption sheet(22) is installed in the flow path within the case to adsorb and remove oil contained in the dirty water. The grease trap further comprises a settling chamber(14) which has a plurality of partitions(20), and which is formed in the case, wherein the adsorption sheet is installed along the flow path within the case such that the adsorption sheet is suspended to upper portions of the partitions, and an intermediate part of the adsorption sheet droops downward. |
