PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter system capable of protecting all switch elements included in the inverter from overheating timely even without obtaining temperatures for overall switch elements.SOLUTION: An inverter system includes: an inverter; a first sensor part for detecting a temperature of one switch element; a second sensor part for detecting whether it is in a state where another switch exceeding a first temperature exists; and a control part that sets, if it is not in the aforementioned state, an upper limit load ratio at 100% for a detected temperature of the first temperature or less, and uses a control map with which to lower the upper limit load ratio from 100% proportionately with a temperature rise starting from a detected temperature exceeding the first temperature, or sets, if it is in the state, an upper limit load ratio at 100% for a detected temperature of a second temperature, or less, being lower than the first temperature, and uses a control map with which to lower the upper limit load ratio from 100% proportionately with a temperature rise starting from a detected temperature exceeding the second temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
