PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance manufacturability of a rubber ring seal for toners and workability for mounting. SOLUTION: A toner container 4 is provided with a bearing seal ring A consisting of an elastic ring section 1 and nonwoven fabric ring section 2 formed by integrally bonding the rubber elastic ring and a nonwoven fabric ring consisting of felt by soluble fusing of a hot meltable plastic adhesive film 3. This seal ring A is fitted to be inserted into the base of an agitating shaft of the toner container 4, by which the peripheral surface of the inner diameter hole 2a of the nonwoven fabric ring section 2 is firmly stuck to the peripheral surface of the revolving shaft 5 and the periphery of the inner diameter hole 1a of the elastic ring section 1 is extruded in the insertion direction of the revolving shaft 5 and is thus attached in a state 6 of being turned up by a set size; thereafter the revolving shaft 5 is inserted into the bearing hole 7 and the outside surface of the elastic ring section 1 of the seal ring A is pressure contacted and fixed to the outer periphery of the bearing hole 7. The seal ring A is so disposed that the seal ring does not rotate and the revolving shaft 5 rotates frictionally within the inner diameter hole (i.e., 1a and 2a) of the seal ring A during the revolution of the revolving shaft 5, thereby sealing the toner leakage from the friction rotating surface between the peripheral surface of the revolving shaft 5 and the seal ring A and the pressure contact surface on the outer periphery 8 of the bearing hole 7. |
