PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly synchronize data based on a time stamp when data are exchanged concerning data of a same file name even in the case clock data of incorporated clock means are not mutually synchronized with respect to two information processors for data communication. SOLUTION: Relating to the two information processors for data communication, a CPU 1 corrects clock data of one's own clock device 7 based on correct clock data which are received from the other one through communication equipment 4 and corrects updating date data (time stamp) which are stored in a storage device 6 based on the corrected clock data.
