PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical-diffusing apparatus excellent in portability without using heat by combustion or electricity. SOLUTION: The chemical-diffusing apparatus 1 has a body member 11 and a chemical-storing member 12 and a holding part 14 which is a cylinder penetrated in an axial direction and a plate-like part 13 are installed in the body member 11. A through hole 16 is provided in the holding part 14 and an agent 18 of a chemical-exposing part 17 of the chemical-storing member 12 arranged in the inside of holding part 14 is diffused from the through hole 16 to the outside.
