The case includes an opening formed at one side thereof. The ultraviolet LEDs are installed in a constant interval at one side of the inside of the case in order to irradiate the light having wavelengths of 200-400nm through the opening. The light collection unit collects the light through the opening in order to form an ultraviolet illumination unit. The ultraviolet LEDs are arranged in one or more columns.
