PURPOSE: A composition containing HCCR-1 or HCCRBP-1 protein is provided to solely induce tumorigenesis including trans-differentiation or conversion from mesoderm to epithelium. CONSTITUTION: A composition for inducing tumorigenesis contains HCCR-1(human cervical cancer oncogene-1) or HCCRBP-1(HCCR-1-binding protein 1). The HCCR-1 comprises an amino acid sequence of the sequence number 2 and the HCCRBP-1 comprises an amino acid sequence of the sequence number 4. A tumor transgenic non-human mammal is transformed with HCCR-1 or HCCRBP-1 gene. Composition for inducing transdifferentiation and kidney development contains the HCCR-1 protein.
