FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns surgical equipment and can be used for scrotum fixation during perineum or perineum-approach rectum surgeries. A device comprises a suspensory and clamps to attach it to the human body. The suspensory comprises a basket which consists of a lower arch located in a frontal plane and an upper arch rigidly attached and inclined 130-135 thereto, with their convexities directed upwards and downwards respectively, and three arches, one central and two lateral, forming a niche of the basket and having convexities directed forward. The central arch with its one end is rigidly fixed in an inflection point of the upper arch, and with the other end is attached to the infection point of the lower arch. The lateral arches are rigidly fixed respectively with their one end on the upper arch, and with another end on the lower arch in the mid-distance of the attachment point of the central arch to the upper and lower arches and the junction points. In the junction points of the upper and lower arches there are attached clamps comprising fixing arches directed with their convexities upwards. In the inflection points thereof there are arched protrusions of width 5-6 cm and height 2-3 cm. Both fixing arches are fixed at the angle 70-75 to the upper arch. ^ EFFECT: problem of maintained immobilisation and space fixation of scrotum in stable suspension and easy approach to perineum is solved. ^ 8 dwg |
