PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray image receiving device capable of being easily produced, obtaining high resolution and high image quality and receiving an image in a short time. SOLUTION: An X-ray generated from an X-ray generation part 1 is radiated to an object to be inspected 2. The X-ray transmitted through the object 2 is converted into light by a pixel separation type fluorescence conversion part 3, and the converted light is taken out as an image signal in a photoelectric conversion part 6. In the case of taking out the image signal in the conversion part 6, the conversion part 3 is moved by a fluorescence conversion part moving part 5, and the resolution of the conversion part 3 is made about twice as high as that in a still state. Thus, the high-quality image from which graininess is removed is obtained. Alignment between the conversion parts 3 and 6 need not be performed and the image quality is improved even when the production accuracy of the conversion part 3 is coarse and the characteristics thereof is not good, so that the production accuracy is made low.
