PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a clutch part by disposing two clutches in the outside of a radial direction and enabling both clutches to be operated by a pressing operation from one side. SOLUTION: The second clutch C2 clutch drum 29 is disposed on the inner peripheral side of the third clutch C3 clutch drum 26 integrally coupled with an input shaft 12, wherein the second clutch C2 and the third clutch C3 are arranged parallel in the axial direction. The C2 clutch drum 29 constitutes a part 29d of the piston 30 for the third clutch C3 operation. When operating the second clutch C2, the third clutch C3 is maintained in an engagement state and the C2 clutch drum 29 constituting a part of the piston is in the specified position so as not to interfere the clutch operation. When operating the third clutch C3, the second clutch C2 is in a released state, whereby the third clutch C3 is operated without exerting an influence upon the second clutch C2.
