The positioning plane 19, the respective boundary planes 22, 23, 24 and 25 and the outer peripheral arcuate plane 20 are mutually continued so that the lengthwise both boundary planes 22 and 23 and the cross-wise both boundary planes 24 and 25 can form an obtuse angleθ(90 deg.<θ) to the positioning plane 19. Only the cross-wise double boundary planes 24 and 25 are inclined to the positioning plane 19 and step-shaped.</p>
