A simultaneous processing method of bass boost signal and surround signal comprising : the bass boosting processing step respectively boosting the bass of prescribed frequency band in left and right audio signals having opposite phases; the surround signal processing step enhancing the separate ratio between said left and right audio signals which their basses are boosted in said bass boosting processing step; and the selecting step selecting said bass boosting processing step or said surround signal processing step, and a simultaneous processing circuit thereof having : the bass boosting processing means respectively boosting the bass of prescribed frequency band in left and right audio signals having opposite phases; the surround signal processing means enhancing the separate ratio between said left and right audio signals which their basses are boosted in said bass boosting processing means; and the selecting means selecting said bass boosting processing means or said surround signal processing means; are disclosed. Thereby, it is possible to simultaneously process the bass boost signal and the surround signal.
