MANUFACTURING METHOD OF POLYESTER YARN

A method for preparing a polyester yarn is provided to improve the durability and the toughness of a polyester filament yarn, by manufacturing the polyester yarn to contain hardwood charcoal pulverized by an ultrasonic pulverizing machine. A substrate(15) has an oscillation circuit(14), wherein the oscillation circuit generates ultrasonic waves by an on-off switch installed on an open-shut door of a body(10). A cylindrical amplifier(15) amplifies ultrasonic current generated from the oscillation circuit, wherein the cylindrical amplifier has a plurality of penetration holes(151). An ultrasonic pulverizing unit(10) is connected to a cylindrical vibrator driving unit(16) in one body, wherein the cylindrical vibrator driving unit has a plurality of penetration holes. An ultrasonic vibrator(17) is installed below the ultrasonic pulverizing unit. A pulverizing case(18) is disposed within the ultrasonic pulverizing unit. A polyester yarn containing hardwood charcoal, which is pulverized by the ultrasonic pulverizing unit, is dried in a drying unit. The polyester yarn is processed to extrude a filament yarn in a melting-extrusion type.
