A plasma display panel module and a display apparatus having the same are provided to radiate the heat generated from a driving integrated chip by installing a COF(Chip On Film) connecting member on a chassis in such a manner to be spaced apart from the chassis. A display panel(110) having electrode lines displays an image, and a driving unit(120) supplies power to the electrode lines to drive the display panel. A chassis(130) supports the display panel at one surface and supports the driving unit at the other surface thereof. A connecting member(160) is installed on the other surface of the chassis to electrically connect the electrode lines with the driving unit.
