PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the adhesion of resin pellets falling down from a cutter by quickly cooling and solidifying using a first and a second passage. SOLUTION: The apparatus for recovering granules in dechlorination facilities is constituted of a water tank (10) which is installed below a cutter (3) and has a first and a second passage (11 and 12), a first, a second and a third water nozzle (4a, 4b and 4c) which are installed at each of the passages (11 and 12) and a circulation pump (7) which circulates water in the water tank (10).
