PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently carry out a procedure for having a provider lend out plug sockets to a user for a fee.SOLUTION: A plug socket adapter 30 is attached to a plug socket 40 and is connected with a portable communication terminal 60 and a service controller 50 by a communication line and power is fed to a portable electronic equipment 20 which is connected through a charger 10 by control of the service controller 50. A communication unit 31 transmits service use information including time of service selected by a user, information necessary for fees for and settling the fees received from the portable communication terminal 60 to the service controller 50 and receives instruction for power feeding time and power feeding start from the service controller 50 after fees based on the service use information is settled by the service controller 50. A power feeding unit 34 starts feeding of power according to instruction for feeding power and stops feeding of power after passage of time for power feeding time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
