The apparatus raises/lowers the deck during pulling in/out the tray and holding the deck firmly at front, back, left and right sides. When pulling out the tray (16), a transfer lift (7) transfers forwardly as well as a transfer lift (7') transfers backwardly. At the time, a guide hole (6) is engaged with a guide projector (15) which fell down by transferring the lifts (7,7') so that the deck (2) falls. In the instant of complete fall of the deck, a pushing bar (23) pushes a tray (16) forwardly.
