PURPOSE: To provide a method, wherein the current supply from a battery power source is cut when a current command is zero, the power supply efficiency is improved and the life of the battery is elongated. CONSTITUTION: In the control method of an inverter 3, wherein a synchronous motor 4 undergoes PWM control by utilizing the power supply of a battery 9, the switching action of the inverter 3 is stopped when the current command for the motor 4 is zero. |
