PURPOSE:To recognize the finish of boiling of dried noodles by the reconstitution of dried and shrunk ingredient to the original raw shape by boiling dried noodles together with an ingredient such as dried vegetables cut to a prescribed thickness. CONSTITUTION:Dried noodles are boiled together with an ingredient cut to a prescribed thickness such as dried vegetable and the finish of boiling of the dried noodles is recognized by the reconstitution of the dried and shrunk ingredient to the original raw shape. The boiling of dried noodles can be easily and successfully carried out without using a tool such as timer to enable the preparation of delicious noodles. |
