PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To favorably secure the durability of an engine starter by preventing the overheat of a starter motor. SOLUTION: A heat pump type air conditioning device 10 is so constituted that refrigerant circulates a compressor 16, an outdoor expansion valve 24, and indoor heat exchangers 21A, 21B, and 21C connected in order, the compressor is driven by a gas engine 30, and starting of the engine is completed, while a control device 13 rotates an engine starter 37 having a starter motor 38 for a plurality of times. It is so constituted that the control device measures the temperature T of the starter motor for every starting of the engine, and sets the operation time of the starter motor per frequency based on the measured temperature, or suspends the starter motor.
