<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a nickel hydrogen battery, which can manufacture nickel hydrogen battery with good productivity and at low cost. SOLUTION: A first process of assembling a battery by sealing a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a separator and electrolyte solution in a case, a second process charging the battery until the SOC(state of charging) reaches 10% to 30% at current within the range of 0.05C to 0.2C, a third process of discharging the battery put through the second process until the SOC reaches 10% or less after overcharging it at current within the range of 0.2C to 1C, and a fourth process of repeating charging/discharging cycles for a plurality of times, in which, after the battery put through the third process is charged until the SOC reaches 60% to 95% at current within the range of 0.2C to 5C, discharging is carried out until the battery voltage reaches 0.70 V to 1.05 V are involved, and at the fourth process, the battery is cooled with coolant of 30 deg.C to 60 deg.C.</p> |
