<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print data management system that enables a print requester to unitarily manage print data supplied from the print requester to a printing operator. <P>SOLUTION: A print requester server 18 of the print data management system delivers print data to a server 21 for printing operator. At a download request from a printing operator terminal device 23, the print data are permitted to be downloaded from the printer server 21. At a deletion request from the printer terminal device 23, a print data deletion instruction program is sent in to cause the printer terminal device 23 to delete the print data in the server 21.
