<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing bone augmentation materials whose mechanical properties are improved without deteriorating original properties of calcium phosphate. <P>SOLUTION: The bone augmentation material is characterized in that biodegradable polymer is combined in part of a porous material composed of the living body absorptive calcium phosphate compound through an intermediate layer consisting of chemical compound particles of the living body absorptive calcium phosphate compound having a biodegradable polymer film on the surface thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
