PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cleaning effect while holding the brush break preventing effect by annularly interposing a non-woven fabric in which the interposing width in the diametrical direction is set to the width extending from a part between brush bundle implanted base parts to a part between brush bundles beyond the outer peripheral edge of a disc, and making the non-woven fabric into a compression state through fastening of the disc brush. SOLUTION: In a brush roll, a non-woven fabric 10 is annularly interposed between disc brushes 4. The interposing width in the diametrical direction of the non-woven fabric 10 is set to the width extending from a part between the brush bundle implanted base parts to a part between the brush bundles beyond the outer peripheral edge 11 of a disc 2. The non-woven fabric 10 is interposed between respective disc brushes 4 by fastening of the disc brushes 4 in the compressing state. Therefore, pressing force to be generated by the disc outer peripheral edge 11 is absorbed by the non- woven fabric 10, and the large cushioning effect can be exhibited. Accordingly, breakage of the brush material on the pressing line, to be generated caused by high vibration is prevented. Moreover, the good cleaning effect is exhibited, and the cleaning effect can be applied with the polishing effect of the brush material containing abrasive grains. |
