ACCESS CONTROL DEVICE AND ACCESS METHOD

An access controller comprises a plurality of access ports (1, 2, 3) for storing information for each access from a CPU (16), and a bank manager (5) which manages the state of use of the access ports (1, 2, 3) and notifies the CPU (16). The CPU (16) writes information on the access into an available one of the access ports (1, 2, 3) based on the state of use provided by the bank manager (5). The access controller prevents access to false addresses, decreases CPU load, and eliminates the need for complicate firmware description.
