PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always operate an indoor unit in an operation mode coincident with that of a heat source side. SOLUTION: A temperature of a heating medium supplied from a refrigerator 2 or a boiler 3 to an indoor unit 1 side is detected. When the detected temperature is lower than a reference temperature for cooling, lighting LED is switched to flashing so that the unit 1 is operated in a cooling mode, while when the detected temperature is higher than a reference temperature for heating, the unit 1 is operated in a heating mode, and hence the mode of the unit 1 is automatically switched based of the temperature of the medium. In this case, when the detected temperature T is the reference temperature T1 or above for the cooling and the reference temperature T2 or below for the heating, the unit 1 is set to a stopping state, thereby preventing an erroneous operation of the unit 1 before the medium arrives at a target temperature. In this case, an operation stand-by mode until the temperature of the medium is arrived at the temperature T1 or T2 is displayed by respective display lamps of an operating unit. |
