PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease trap system for removing a residue included in waste water without clogging meshes, effectively separating a fat and oil component included in the waste water, and requiring no labor such as cleaning. SOLUTION: The residue 5 included in the waste water flowing in a residue removing tank 41 is removed by a scab save net 2 having a fine texture. For preventing the mesh-clogging of the texture of the scab save net 2, wash water of the residue is previously passed through a water activating device 1 to enhance permeability. The fat and oil component 6b is floated on and adsorbed on an oil adsorbing material 3 floating on a water surface in a floating fat and oil removing tank 42 to be removed.
