An exercising device for fat-control with low noise is provided to make a vibration plate do a seesaw motion based on a support shaft coupling portion by using magnetic force to reduce the noise due to the operation of the device. An exercising device for fat-control with low noise includes a vibration plate(10), a support shaft, a base plate, a power device, and a housing(40). At least a couple of permanent magnets are fixed symmetrically on a lower part of right and left circumferential portions of the vibration plate, whose left and right sides vibrate vertically in a seesaw method. The support shaft is fixed, a couple of electromagnets are fixed to correspond to the permanent magnets of the vibration plate, and an elastic portion is fixed on the base plate. The elastic portion prevents the permanent magnets and the electromagnets from being in contact with each other by the seesaw vibration of the vibration plate.
