<p>A method for handing over to a private cell is disclosed by the embodiments of the present invention, which includes the following steps: a user equipment receiving a list of neighbor private cells which allow the user equipment to access, wherein the list is transferred by a current cell, and the user equipment measuring the information of the cells in the list; the user equipment selecting a target cell from the list of neighbor private cells, and transferring the information of the target cell to the current cell; the user equipment performing handover based on the indication of handing over to the target cell, wherein the indication is transferred by the current cell. A network equipment and a user equipment are also disclosed by the embodiments of the present invention. Only the neighbor private cells which allow the user equipment to access are measured in the embodiments of the present invention, so the load of the user equipment can be reduced; in addition, the determination whether the user equipment is allowed to access the target cell is added in the embodiments of the present invention, so the invalid handover attempts which are performed by the user equipment not allowed to access the private cells are reduced, and the successful rate of handover is increased.</p> |
