LAMINATE AND CONTAINER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyethylene resin laminate which has excellent transparency, blocking resistance, flexibility and the like, a high heat resistance capable of sterilizing at 121°C and in which an impact strength of a sealed part is remarkably improved as compared with that of a prior art and to provide a medical container made of the same or a food container or the like.

SOLUTION: The container comprises the laminate having an inner layer and an outer layer made of a resin material containing a high-density polyethylene, an intermediate layer using a resin material containing a polyethylene resin I as a main body having a density of less than 0.920 g/cm3, an amount X (mass%) of a soluble content of an o-dichlorobenzene at an MFR of 0.1 to 50 g/10 min, 25°C, a density d (g/cm3) and an MFR (g/10 min) of X<9.8×103×(0.9300-d+0.008logMFR)2+2.0, and a parameter Cb of a composition distribution of 1.08 to 2.00, so that the inner layer of the laminate is a heat sealing layer.
