PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a foam/fabric composite permitting the good bonding of a foam and a fabric. SOLUTION: A multilayered material successively includes a fabric, a film comprising a mixture consisting of (b1) a polyamide-based thermoplastic elastomer and (b2) modified polyolefin containing at least 50 wt.% of an olefin so as to become b1/(b1+b2)>50 wt.% and a thermosetting foam. This material is suitable for the production of a foam/fabric composite and the foam and the fabric are easily bonded in the presence of the film without infiltrating the foam in the fabric.
