CYTOTOXIC T-CELL EPITOPE PEPTIDE CAPABLE OF SPECIFICALLY ATTACKING CELL INFECTED WITH EPSTEIN-BARR VIRUS

It is found that an antigen-presenting cell having mRNA of LMP1 and EBNA1 (EBV-related proteins) introduced therein can induce an EBV-specific cytotoxic T-cell. It is also found that the cytotoxic T-cell can recognize an epitope peptide presented on an HLA-A*0206 molecule, an HLA-Cw*0303 molecule or an HLA-Cw*0304 molecule, inhibit the growth of an EBV-infected B-cell and lyse an EBV-infected NK lymphoma or an EBV-infected NK cell.
