PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce occurrence of similar abnormalities in digital signals generated by a plurality of sensor ICs, respectively.SOLUTION: A delay unit 76 provided in a second sensor IC 70 delays a detection signal S2. Accordingly, detection signals S1, S2 generated by a first sensor IC 60 and the second sensor IC 70 are output to the outside at timing different from each other, respectively. Consequently, even when digital communication of the detection signal S1 is blocked by disturbance, digital communication of the other detection signal S2 is not blocked. This reduces a blockage of digital communication of both the detection signals S1, S2 in the same way. Furthermore, this can restrain data of both the detection signals S1, S2 from being rewritten in the same way.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
