PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information collection device and an attachment member for a biological information collection device for facilitating the attachment and achieving a reduction in a cost in one embodiment.SOLUTION: According to one embodiment, an attachment member for a biological information collection device stores a biological sensor housing including a first main surface and a second main surface that faces the first main surface and has at least two electrodes for fixing on a skin of a user. The attachment member for a biological collection device has a first covering member for covering a side of the first main surface of the biological sensor housing and a second covering member which is joined to the first covering member by bending an extending part extending from the first covering member at a first folding part for covering a side of the second main surface of the biological sensor housing. The second covering member has a gel-like conductive tacky agent layer which covers a surface of at least one of the electrodes formed on the second main surface of the biological sensor housing while the biological sensor housing is stored.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
