FIELD: sanitary-engineering installation.SUBSTANCE: present group of inventions relates to sanitary-engineering installations. Toilet bowl comprises a liquid collection pan, a siphon to drain liquids from the pan, a liquid distribution rim having at least one portion configured to reproduce the top edge of the pan along a common plane of lie and which has a toroidal cross-section generating a tubular chamber for the passage of liquids; the rim and the pan being made as a single body in a mould; an outer casing for housing the pan and the rim in the form of a single body. Siphon portion for draining liquids is separate from the pan, formed as a single body with the casing, and configured to be joined to the pan inside the said casing. Method of making the toilet bowl includes the following steps: providing the first mold for forming a pan and rim as a single body, wherein the first mold consists of two parts, i.e. from the lower part and the upper part, which can moved for opening and closing along the axis perpendicular to the common plane of lie and parallel to the main axis passing through the height; forming the cup and rim by casting into the first mold; providing the second mold to form the body containing a siphon; forming the body and siphon to drain liquids from the pan by casting into the second casting mould; lifting the upper part of the first mold to extract the pan and rim from the mould; opening the second mold to prepare the body to place the pan and rim; inserting tha pan and rim into the body so that they rest on it; and connecting the siphon to drain liquids to the lower part of the pan.EFFECT: production of ceramic toilet bowl, which can be made more quickly and using less expensive equipment.12 cl, 11 dwg |
