The present invention relates to an electronic board system having a conference recording function. According to the present invention, contents written on an electronic board having screen capture function are automatically captured and converted into a portable document format (PDF) document, and a speech generated when the content are written on the electronic board is recorded at the same time, such that the captured contents and the recorded speech are merged into a conference minute form and provided to a smart device of a participant through an embedded local wireless fidelity (Wi-Fi) cloud provided with a Wi-Fi function. The system comprises: an electronic board (100) capable of capturing a screen; a local Wi-Fi cloud server (200) having a Wi-Fi function and connected to the electronic board (100) through a universal serial bus (USB) device; and a smart device (300) provided to download records stored in the local Wi-Fi cloud server (200) by using the Wi-Fi function. The local Wi-Fi cloud server (200) is recognized as a USB memory while connected to an open pluggable specification (OPS) (170) and the USB device (210), and is switched into the Wi-Fi through a switch conversion. |
