PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler for cooling the entirety of a portable electronic apparatus efficiently while enhancing versatility and portability. SOLUTION: In a cooler 1 having a fan also serving as a base for mounting a portable electronic apparatus while tilting, a fan unit 2 for installing a fan 7 is moved back and forth and to the left and right through first and second slide mechanism sections 5, 6 so that the fixing position of the fan can be shifted back and forth and to the left and right. Furthermore, a plate 8 for preventing the exhaust air from leaking to the suction side is provided around the fan.
