PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof structure of a control panel capable of obtaining perfect waterproof effect by constantly covering a front face of the control panel without allowing a waterproof sheet to warp even if it is in use for a long time. SOLUTION: The waterproof structure of the control panel covers a front face of a control panel 14 of a refrigerator with a waterproof sheet 10. An upper edge 11 of the waterproof sheet 10 is fixed along an upper end of the control panel 14 and a weight 15 is secured to the whole of a lower edge 12 so as to prevent the lower edge 12 from warping. A constraining plate 16 is disposed to both side ends 13 of the sheet 10 so as to avoid warp of the two ends 13.
