PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce machining of components themselves for fitting a linear guide and to dispense with standard components used therefor by using a jig. SOLUTION: This linear guide fitting jig 1 for fitting the linear guide 2 to a clamp face 3 by multiple fixing screws 4 is so formed that the jig body 5 is provided with a linear guide storage space 6, a reference surface 7 is formed in one wall surface of opposed wall surfaces of the linear guide storage space 6, and a slope 8 is formed in the other wall surface. A slope 10 of a wedge 9 is made to abut on the slope 8, a clamp face 11 of the wedge 9 is opposed to the reference surface 7, and the wedge 9 is set movable in the fastening direction by a fastening bolt 12 rotatably provided in the jig body 5.
