A method for separating and withdrawing a cylinder liner of a cylinder block is provided to reduce costs by melting only the aluminum around the cylinder liner through heating process and withdrawing the cylinder liner. A method for separating and withdrawing a cylinder liner of a cylinder block, comprises a step(S510) of collecting and automatically loading a cylinder block; a step(S520) of melting the interface between the aluminum block and cylinder liner of the cylinder block to the level higher than the melting point of the aluminum block; and a step(S530) of separating the cylinder liner from the aluminum block by withdrawing the cylinder liner from the heated cylinder block.
