A spindle structure of a milling machine is provided to accurately process a structure by simply controlling a lower spindle and a main shaft upward and downward by rotation of an external handle. A spindle structure of a milling machine includes an upper spindle(40), a lower spindle(50), a tool body, and a vertical moving unit. A pulley(20) is inserted in an upper part(41) of the upper spindle and is adhered to a projection(42). An upper end(31) of a main shaft(30) is inserted in a lower part(45) of the upper spindle. The lower spindle is formed at the lower part of the upper spindle, and wraps a middle end(32) and a lower end(33) of the main shaft. The main shaft is rotated by a taper bearing(52) in the lower spindle. The tool body is penetrated by an upper housing(61) to support an outer periphery of the upper spindle and a lower housing(62) to wrap the lower spindle. The vertical moving unit is provided with a first horizontal shaft rotated by a handle and a second horizontal shaft(72) with a helical gear and a pinion(722).
