PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor and the like in which the storage stability of a reagent composition is improved and a coefficient of fluctuation in a current value of the sensor can be kept low.SOLUTION: The sensor has a sample chamber with an opening 61 formed to contain a liquid sample, at least one pair of electrodes disposed inside the sample chamber, and a reagent layer 4 formed inside the sample chamber, where the reagent layer comprises an oxidoreductase, an electron acceptor, and a specific heterocyclic compound, and the electron acceptor is 9,10-phenanthrene quinone-2-sulfonic acid or a salt thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
