The present disclosure is related to a footwear protective toecap covering a user tiptoe on all sides; this invention is of the type that comprises a base portion supporting the sole and a surrounding wall extending from said base position, covering the front, lateral and top sides of the tiptoe forming a single piece; where the surrounding wall forms a cavity in which the tiptoe enters through an opening defined by the proximal edges of the supporting base portion of the sole and of the surrounding wall. The protective toecap of the present invention is characterized in that the surrounding wall extends at its proximal edge to cover at least the first four distal phalanges of the foot and in that the proximal edge of the support base of the sole ends before reaching the joints between the first four proximal phalanges and the metatarsal bones. |
