PURPOSE:To exhibit high dust removing performance and high deodorizing performance and to restrain pressure drop as much as possible. CONSTITUTION:An applied electrode plate 15A and a dust collecting plate 15B which partition air stream paths are provided. Electroconductive members A4, B4 forming an electric field in the air stream paths are provided on both electrode plates 15A, 15B. The electrode plates 15A, 15B are formed of paper and at least on the one side, a deodorizing agent is impregnated. Thus, the pressure drop can be restrained. Since the larger dust collecting area can be set, the dust collecting performance is enhanced. Also an impregnated quantity of the deodorizing agent impregnated into the electrode plates 15A, 15B becomes larger and then the deodorizing performance is also increased. Besides, since the electrode plates 15A, 15B are composed of paper, they are discardable and become lighter. |
